David is an experienced professional - that's for sure! My friend recommended him and that was a great decision to ask him for doing the job for me. He came to my house for a free estimate and got back with the price on the very next day. The job has been done fast and precisely. Even though he’s very busy, he cared a lot, always called and emailed back within couple of hours and answered all my questions during our first meeting. He has a lot of experience so his advices and creative input were extremely helpful and he was not afraid to voice an opinion. I love my new bathroom and all my friends and family were thrilled when they saw it. Totally recommended!

David is the best contractor you will find, hands down. I know, because in the course of renovating my loft over the past few years, I have dealt with many and vetted/interviewed many more. David is not only an expert in what he does, he is also extremely fair in what he charges, up front about any extra costs, and most of all, truly dedicated to doing a great job--not just getting paid. He is very detail oriented, and what I really appreciated--responsive. He answers emails/texts/calls promptly. He doesn't leave you hanging. This may not sound like a big deal, but every other contractor I've worked with fails miserably in this regard for some reason. I think it's just the nature of the profession, but he is the only exception I've encountered. I've already recommended him to people and I continue to hire him myself. David from Monumental Remodeling did a great job working at my apartment. I had a general idea of what I would like to get done and together with David we found the best way to get there. He helped me with the material purchase and proposed a tiles layout which was different than I originally thought but turned out perfect. David has a lot of experience, he is very detail oriented and he kept the working area very clean. I appreciated it a lot since I was leaving in the apt during remodeling.
